Cooldowns Resort - Chiang Mai

The pool was quite small and often crowded, making it difficult for those seeking peace and quiet. The room could have been cleaner and needed better maintenance.

As an exhausted biker, the manager went out of their way to find us food and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel was a blend of modern and traditional architecture, and the amenities were all new. The hot shower was perfect and the air conditioning performed well. The location was secure, being beside the local police detachment. The hotel was also conveniently close to tourist attractions.

Spent Easter weekend at a resort in the middle of lush green rice fields. Loved the amazing view of the mountains from the room, and the clean and comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and the coffee was fantastic. Convenient location near popular attractions such as waterfalls and an elephant sanctuary. Enjoyed the peacefulness and quietness of the surroundings and it was a great escape from the city life.

The pool was a bit small and also shared with children, which made it difficult to relax. the lack of entertainment facilities on the property, such as a gym or a lounge area, also meant that there was not much to do in the evenings.
